Due at or before puppy pick-up:
If your puppy is being transported by flight nanny, the final balance must be paid in full via Zelle and received and confirmed at least 7 days before the scheduled transport date. This ensures all funds are received and confirmed before your puppy leaves our nursery.
All balances must be paid in full and confirmed before pickup or transport. We want every puppy's transition to their new home to be a smooth and happy experience for everyone.
If a puppy is not picked up or transported on the agreed-upon date, boarding fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make different arrangements so we can discuss the available options.
