Every Yorkies by Lindsay puppy is placed with a written Puppy Purchase Agreement & 1yr Health Guarantee 

Our agreement outlines:

• Congenital and hereditary health provisions
• Veterinary care requirements
• Required documentation for health claims
• Age-Appropriate Vaccinations
• Conditions and expenses not covered by the guarantee
• Buyer responsibilities
• Puppy release and transportation provisions
• Other terms and conditions of the puppy purchase
